When you are thinking of buying a house, sometimes the uncertainty about the condition of the property arises. I would like to assist you in the assessment of the technical condition and the sustainability of the property.
What do you find important when looking for a house, what are your search criteria and what is the maintenance status of the house?
What needs to be done in the short term and what needs to be realised on the long term? In short you have various questions, which we are happy to assist you with.
First of all, we test the property for sustainability of for example the finishes, maintenance, quality gradation, kitchen, sanitation and installation.
We agree on the location and discuss what you want to do about the property. I give advice there on the spot about the possibilities and look at the state of the house and what is needed
is to get it to today's standards. (Takes about 1 to 1.5 hours)
After going through the house with you, we make a follow-up appointment at my office to discuss everything. (Takes about 1 to 1.5 hours).
Then you apply for quotations from 3 different parties.
This will be forwarded to me and these will then be assessed by me. I will then give advice and explanation about what has been described and calculated in these offers.
For this I charge € 175 Elx VAT (€ 211.75 incl.21% VAT)

When you’re looking for the perfect home, you want the assurance that everything is in order. An independent advice can help to make sure it is.
I can advise and guide you with the search and purchase of a house.
For example, I can provide advice about the type of home that best suits your needs.
Or provide information about the location of the intended house.
Is it a nice neighborhood?
Are the facilities that are important to you, from schools to supermarkets or restaurants, in the neighborhood? Etc.
Once you have found the perfect home, I am also available to come along on your visitation to assess the state of the property. Are there renovations or maintenance that you have to take into account? Are there any hidden costs? And is the technical inspection in order?
How much and in which areas you need advice is of course entirely up to you. I can assist you from the search up to the eventual purchase, but also help out in one specific area.
